We've been tinkering. We've been toying. We've been decorating.
And now, the Vagabondary mobile shop is almost ready.
Since my last post, we cleared off the hippie stickers and gave Eileen a good cleaning. The official professional Vagabondary mechanic (my dad) has been slaving away to get her tweaked and tricked out for the road.
In the meantime, I've been gathering a collection of vintage and vintage-inspired clothes, shoes, and accessories, as well as my artwork and designs. The shop is full of one-of-a-kind pieces from all eras combined with my original work, so it's a totally unique shopping experience.
Not to mention the shop is right out of a '78 Volkswagen bus. I think unique is a pretty good word for it.
Everything about this journey is exciting and totally new. I'm in the process of researching fairs, festivals, and markets that could be a good fit for The Vagabondary Bus. I'm keeping it local to start with, but who knows where this will take me?
Let's be honest, for the most part, this post is just an excuse to show off the Vagabondary mobile shop in its (mostly) full glory.
